Abstract

Curso específico en las carreras de Administración de empresas, el cual presenta las teorías y fundamentos que permitan reconocer la conducta, reacciones y respuestas de los consumidores ante las ofertas de productos y servicios que las empresas ofrecen, tanto a personas como a organizaciones. A través del curso de Comportamiento del consumidor podrás comprender las prácticas y costumbres de los compradores, así como las estrategias de comunicación que plantean las marcas y las empresas ofertantes. Además, desarrollarás tu capacidad de analizar las estrategias publicitarias y las respuestas que se esperan del público ante ellas. Tu experiencia como consumidor será básica en la construcción de los aprendizajes y confirmará la importancia del marketing en tu vida profesional y privada. El curso contribuye directamente el desarrollo de las competencias de Comunicación Oral y Ciudadanía (generales UPC) y específica de Gestión Comercial, todas a nivel 1.
