Abstract

En el curso Marketing para Servicios Financieros se desarrollan temas que tratan el comportamiento del cliente financieros, desarrollo y creación de productos y servicios del ámbito financiero y bancario, políticas de producto, distribución, precio y estrategia de medios. Asimismo, se resalta la importancia de los procesos, el personal y el entorno físico para la prestación eficiente de servicios. Finalmente, se revisan los conceptos básicos de administración de relaciones, calidad continua y servicio al cliente. Propósito: El curso tiene como propósito proporcionar a los estudiantes los conceptos claves para desarrollar una adecuada estrategia de marketing de cualquier producto y/o servicio, enfocada en el ámbito financiero y aplicado de manera eficaz. El curso busca desarrollar la competencia general de Pensamiento Innovador a nivel 1, así como la competencia específica de Gestión Financiera a nivel 2.
