Razonamiento Científico - MA645 - 202102

Abstract

Razonamiento Científico desarrolla en los estudiantes de Ciencias de la Salud la capacidad de cuestionar situaciones o fenómenos científicos, llevándolo a la formulación de una o más hipótesis las que pueden ser comprobadas o refutadas; para ello, el estudiante analiza datos e información de fuentes confiables y elabora conclusiones, las cuales argumenta señalando las limitaciones y alcances de sus resultados. El curso de Razonamiento Científico busca desarrollar la competencia general de Pensamiento Crítico. Está dirigido a estudiantes de primer ciclo de las carreras de Medicina y Odontología, estudiantes de segundo ciclo de la carrera de Nutrición, Terapia Física y Ciencias de la actividad física y el deporte y estudiantes de tercer ciclo de la carrera de medicina Veterinaria. El curso, es eminentemente práctico y enfocado en dar a los estudiantes las herramientas necesarias para el desarrollo de habilidades de investigación, expresión de ideas fundamentadas y trabajo en equipo, que le permitirán desarrollarse y desenvolverse en la práctica clínica y la investigación científica. El curso de Razonamiento Científico no es pre requisito de otros cursos de Ciencias de la Salud.
