Abstract

El curso de Gerencia de Proyectos es de especialidad de la carrera de Ingeniería de Gestión Empresarial, de carácter teórico-práctico, está dirigido a los estudiantes a los estudiantes del noveno ciclo y busca desarrollar la competencia específica: ( 7 ) Aprendizaje continuo y conocimientos contemporáneos, utilizando estrategias de aprendizaje apropiadas. El curso está orientado a conocer los conceptos básicos de la Gerencia y/o Dirección de Proyectos basados en el estándar del PMI - a través de su guía PMBOK-, desde la concepción del caso de negocio hasta el desarrollo y ejecución del plan de dirección del proyecto. La importancia de este curso radica en que integra las habilidades técnicas (procesos, técnicas del PMBOK¿ y software aplicativo) y habilidades blandas o interpersonales (liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo, etc.). Estas habilidades son necesarias en la vida profesional dentro de cualquier proyecto en cualquier organización para garantizar la eficiencia de los recursos.
