Abstract

Descripción: La toma de decisiones financieras correctas es decisiva para maximizar la riqueza de los accionistas y generar mayor valor a la empresa, es un curso que trata de las operaciones cotidianas de la empresa, es decir trata la administración financiera de corto plazo de los activos y pasivos de una empresa (activos y pasivos que la empresa espera recibir y pagar, respectivamente en el transcurso de un año). Su adecuada administración es importante porque afecta la capacidad de la empresa de cumplir con sus compromisos financieros, a medida que éstos vencen. Propósito: Curso general en la Carrera de Administración de Banca y Finanzas, de carácter teórico- práctico dirigido a estudiantes del sexto ciclo, que busca desarrollar la competencia general de Razonamiento Cuantitativo al nivel 2 y Gestión Financiera al nivel 2. A través del curso de Finanzas Corporativas 1 el estudiante compartirá experiencias profesionales, descubrirá oportunidades de mejora y será capaz de elaborar planes financieros para la administración de los activos y pasivos de corto plazo.
