Abstract

Descripción: Finanzas Corporativas 2 es un curso de especialidad de la Carrera de Administración de Banca y Finanzas, de carácter teórico práctico. La toma de decisiones financieras correctas es decisiva para maximizar el valor de la empresa. Finanzas Corporativas 2 se centra en las decisiones de Financiamiento de Largo Plazo; es un curso que analiza las valorizaciones de Bonos y Acciones para el financiamiento empresarial. Además contiene Teoría del Portafolio para decidir cómo componer estos portafolios de inversión y finaliza en la decisión de Estructura de Capital óptima en busca del mejor valor de la empresa. Propósito: Curso general en la Carrera de Administración de Banca y Finanzas, de carácter teórico- práctico dirigido a estudiantes del séptimo ciclo, que busca desarrollar la competencia general de Razonamiento Cuantitativo al nivel 3, Gestión Financiera al nivel 3 y Dirección Estratégica nivel 2.
