Abstract

Descripción: El curso de Planeamiento Estratégico es un curso electivo de último semestre que desarrolla conceptos de estrategia, escenarios y herramientas de planeamiento y control que permiten gestionar organizaciones y proyectos contextos de riesgo. Propósito: Esta asignatura tiene como propósito que el participante cuente con competencias de planificación y gestión organizacional. El curso tiene como pre-requisito el curso II62 Logística Integrada y Cadena de abastecimiento. El curso no cuenta con competencia específica por ser electivo.
