Abstract

Descripción: El curso Comportamiento de Consumidor, es una asignatura de carácter teórico-práctico, dirigido a los estudiantes del 5to. ciclo de la carrera de Diseño Profesional Gráfico, mediante el cual los estudiantes tendrán un acercamiento con el panorama general del consumidor en los momentos decisivos con las marcas. Propósito: El curso está diseñado para que el estudiante entienda el comportamiento del consumidor desde 2 enfoques fundamentales: Un enfoque micro, el cual estudia al consumidor como individuo y examina los procesos mentales por los que pasa cuando adquiere, consume y utiliza productos o servicios; y un enfoque macro que se centra en cómo funciona el individuo como miembro de un grupo social y cómo influye este en su comportamiento. El curso contribuye con el desarrollo de la competencias generales de Comunicación oral y Ciudadanía, ambas a nivel de logro 2 y las competencias específicas de Gestión del diseño y Comunicación Visual, ambas a nivel de logro 2.
