Abstract

Curso de especialidad de la Carrera de Administración de Banca y Finanzas, Administración y Gerencia del Emprendimiento, y Administración de Empresas, de carácter teórico práctico, dirigido a los estudiantes del 5to ciclo. Busca desarrollar la competencia general Comunicación Oral y la competencia específica Dirección Estratégica y Liderazgo. El curso brinda las bases para que el futuro profesional comprenda que vivimos en un mundo que está en constante cambio y competitividad; lo que genera una necesidad de mayor conocimiento del manejo de las organizaciones, de la imprescindible necesidad de gestionar de manera adecuada el componente estratégico más importante de toda organización: el ser humano. Se revisan temas de gestión de capital humano y cada uno de los procesos que la conforman y su implicancia ética, utilizando una metodología teórico-práctica.
