Abstract

Descripción: El curso de Sistemas Agroproductivos pertenece a las asignaturas de introducción a la especialidad de Administración y Agronegocios de la UPC. Los Agronegocios son una actividad económica que está formada por un conjunto de actividades interrelacionadas entre sí, que incluyen procesos de producción, industrialización y comercialización de alimentos, siendo los sistemas agroproductivos pieza clave en el desarrollo de las cadenas productivas de nuestro país estaque asignatura busca capacitar al alumno en los conocimientos acerca de las características de los sistemas productivos de los diferentes productos propios de nuestra biodiversidad y aquellos que cuentan con un alto valor comercial para la agroexportación peruana. Propósito: El presente curso desarrolla la competencia general de Pensamiento innovador en nivel 2, al analizar contenido relevante y plantea argumentos sólidos sobre las diferentes problemáticas de los sistemas agroproductivos ya existentes. Ciudadanía en nivel 2, Por otro lado, desarrolla también la competencia específica de Estrategia Agroproductiva en nivel 3, al proponer iniciativas de mejora productiva y de manejo ambiental para la solución y optimización de los diferentes sistemas.
