Abstract

El presente Plan de Negocio de Alimentación saludable denominado “MIKHUY THANI” aplicado en Lima consiste en brindar un servicio especializado en preparación de comida balanceada y enfocada a cumplir objetivos de nuestros consumidores. En los últimos años, la alimentación saludable se ha convertido en una prioridad para tener una óptima calidad de vida por lo que consideramos que con esta propuesta lograremos satisfacer a un mercado objetivo considerando sus horarios, planes y condición física. “MIKHUY THANI” brindará sus servicios a través de la implementación de un Aplicativo Móvil, donde encontrará diversos planes que el usuario podrá elegir acorde a sus necesidades. La propuesta incluye el envío de comida casera de gran variedad a través de un servicio delivery, ingreso a plataforma de rutinas de ejercicios y consultas virtuales con especialistas nutricionales. Para comenzar “MIKHUY THANI” elaborará sus platos bajo la modalidad de Dark Kitchen donde se proyecta atender 225 clientes fijos en su primer año. Nuestro servicio tiene cómo mercado objetivo a clientes trabajadores dependientes que trabajan todo el día entre edades de 25 a 38 años y segmentación A y B. Según nuestra evaluación financiera y considerando una inversión inicial por parte de nuestros cuatro accionistas de S/118,200 nuevos soles. En el proyectado de ganancias y pérdidas de los 5 primeros años, se considera un retorno de la Inversión a partir del año 2. Finalmente se concluye por estas razones que el negocio es rentable y con un incremento a futuro.

This Healthy Food Business Plan called "MIKHUY THANI" applied in Lima consists of providing a specialized service in the preparation of balanced food and focused on meeting the objectives of our consumers. In recent years, healthy eating has become a priority to have an optimal quality of life, so we believe that with this proposal we will be able to satisfy a target market considering their schedules, plans and physical condition. "MIKHUY THANI" will provide its services through the implementation of a Mobile Application, where you will find various plans that the user can choose according to their needs. The proposal includes the delivery of a wide variety of homemade food through a delivery service, access to the exercise routine platform and virtual consultations with nutritional specialists. To begin, "MIKHUY THANI" will prepare its dishes under the Dark Kitchen modality where it is projected to serve 225 regular customers in its first year. Our service has as its target market dependent working clients who work all day between the ages of 25 and 38 and segment A and B. According to our financial evaluation and considering an initial investment by our four shareholders of S/118,200 nuevos soles. In the projected profits and losses of the first 5 years, a return on investment is considered from year 2. Finally, it is concluded for these reasons that the business is profitable and with an increase in the future.
