Use mobile pumps and liquid chilling water units to provide chilled water for nuclear reactor during nuclear power plant accident

Abstract

今年三月日本福岛核事故,尽管关闭了反应堆,但因冷卻系统故障使反应堆内的馀热未能消除,并最终道致了災难。据观察,当冷卻系统发生故障后,9级地震和28米高度的海啸,在第一个24小时之前,反应堆核心的安全壳仍然能夠保持其完整性,直至第一次爆炸最终发生。20年前张国斌[Ref.1]已经提出移动泵和液体冷卻装置,作为核电厂备份的紧急馀热排出系统。目前在世界各地有400多个核电站,其中10%位于地震活跃区,再加上一些建成超过30年的核能发电厂开始老化,核事故的风险增加。紧急安全措施必须从新评估和设计,以应付不可预见的情况。这份报告以移动泵和液体冷卻装置的建议,重新设计以适应当前核工业的需要。
