La Presencia de Clientes Reales en el Taller de Diseño Gráfico como Estrategia Docente Universitaria para Fomentar el Pensamiento Complejo

Abstract

Se presenta una intervención para fomentar el pensamiento complejo en el curso Taller Gráfico III de la carrera de Diseño Gráfico utilizando la estrategia de aprendizaje en el contexto real o aprendizaje situado. Los estudiantes trabajan en parejas con una empresa real, a diferencia de utilizar clientes ficticios, atendiendo sus necesidades de comunicación gráfica en el área de identidad visual. Como actividad clave tienen que autoevaluarse y ser evaluados por sus clientes en tres momentos del proceso. Todas las actividades secundarias dependen y se nutren del contacto con clientes reales y sus necesidades. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que la presencia de clientes reales motiva el interés en el estudiante por realizar un trabajo más comprometido y profesional y como consecuencia una mayor sensibilidad a desarrollar tanto sus competencias profesionales como genéricas en el taller, promoviendo así el pensamiento complejo en el aula.
