Aduanas y Comercio: retos y perspectivas

Abstract

El CICAP por muchos años ha capacitado en temas de administración aduanera y de comercio exterior, incluso, es el precursor nacional de dicha temática, formalizando a mediados de la década de los años 90 del siglo XX la carrera de grado con ese mismo nombre en la Universidad de Costa Rica, a solicitud de la profesionalización de la función aduanera del Ministerio de Hacienda. La exitosa inserción en los mercados globales de Costa Rica está asociada a ese proceso de formación e investigación que realiza la academia sobre los principales retos y perspectivas en materia de Aduanas y Comercio, dada la estrategia de inclusión de productos y servicios costarricenses en la economía global. En la conferencia impartida por el investigador Arce-Portuguez, conocedor de esa experiencia, se hace una revisión reflexiva de las principales ideas y argumentos que han caracterizado a la Administración Aduanera, el Comercio 5 Rodolfo Arce-Portuguez. Doctor en Educación, Universidad Católica de Costa Rica. Profesor, Investigador y Coordinador de Programas en Aduanas y Comercio para la Universidad de Costa Rica, Universidad Nacional, Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica y Universidad Autónoma de Centro América. Exterior e Internacional en el país, así como sus retos y perspectivas.
