Abstract

El presente estudio analiza el tema de los derechos innominados, es decir, aquellos derechos que han sido reconocidos vía jurisprudencial por la Sala Constitucional, a través de la interpretación sistemática de la Constitución Política.

This paper reviews the issue of unnamed rights, that is, those rights that have been recognized via jurisprudence by the Constitutional Chamber through the systematic interpretation of the Political Constitution.
