Apuntes en torno a las elecciones municipales 2016

Abstract

Las futuras elecciones municipales en febrero de 2016, gozan, en terminos generales, de un carácter inaugural. Acudimos a un escenario en el que la totalidad de cargos para elegirse en los gobiernos locales, por primera vez se hará de manera conjunta. Los próximos comicios serán apenas los cuartos en lo que a elección de alcaldes se refiere a raíz de la promulgación del Código Municipal en 1998.
