El presente estudio pretende poner en evidencia cómo el uso de la comparación, por parte los jueces constitucionales, es unos de los temas de mayor actualidad en la solución adecuada de los casos, sobre todo, como se verá, de mayor complejidad que se presentan como retos de una sana administración de la justicia constitucional.
