Abstract

El libro aborda la terminología utilizada en los proceso de formación de usuarios y los estudios de usuarios de la información, y las experiencias desarrolladas en México, Argentina, Costa Rica y Uruguay, de manos de cinco especialistas en el campo. Por último, se elaboran algunas propuestas para promover el interés por el tema.
