Informe sobre frijol en zona de Upala

Abstract

Este trabajo permitió conocer la realidad del comercio del frijol y el desgaste físico de los agricultores, debido a el proceso que deben darle al frijol desde su siembra, recolección, secado y aporreo, además de la posterior escogida del frijol. Muchos de los frijoles recolectados presentaban problemas de "terrón", lo cual es duramente castigado a la hora de comercializarlo.
