Las investigaciones que involucran las secciones eficaces que surgen en procesos de emisión de fotones virtuales y reales de la dispesión de electrones y positrones por un núcleo atómico, tiene la necesitdad de cálculos extensos y completos del espectro virtual de fotones y de la llamada cola de radiación, relacionada esta última con el bremsstrahlung. Se hace una revisión completa de los cálculos con ondas planas y luego se introduce la formulación de ondas distorsionadas, que es matemáticamente involucrada y numéricamente elaborada, pero accesible su uso en instalaciones experimentales de dispersión de electrones.
The investigations involving the scattering cross sections arising in virtual and real photon emission processes of electron and positron scattering by an atomic nucleus, have the need for thorough and complete calculations of the virtual photon spectrum and the bremsstrahlung related radiation tail. We make a complete review of the plane wave calculations and the introduce the distorted wave formulation, which is mathematically involved and numerically elaborated, but accesible to its use in experimental electron scattering facilities.
