En esta publicación se incluyen consejos y recomendaciones en formato de fichas informativas para entregar en cada visita del Programa de Salud Infantil y Adolescente de Andalucía. Los contenidos de estos consejos versan sobre distintos aspectos del desarrollo evolutivo infantil, pautas de socialización, promoción de salud y estilos de vida y de ocio, así como pautas de estimulación. Existen consejos o guías para ser entregadas a padres y madres y otros para su entrega a menores y adolescentes. Los consejos específicos o guías temáticas abordan con cierta profundidad temas de especial relevancia para un ejercicio positivo de la parentalidad, como pueden ser el nacimiento de un bebé, un proceso de separación y divorcio, las cuestiones relacionadas con la autonomía infantil o la llegada a la adolescencia.
