Abstract

Se analiza la evolución del sector de los frutos secos, con especial referencia a Extremadura, en el decenio 2005-2014. Para ello, se van a considerar las especies que tienen mayor importancia en España y en la Comunidad de Extremadura: almendro, castaño, pistacho, nogal y cacahuete.
