Abstract

Se comprueba la efectividad de la biofortificación agronómica mediante la aplicación foliar de sulfato de Zn sobre la acumulación del mismo en el grano de tres variedades comerciales de trigo harinero y de aumentar su biodisponibilidad ya que disminuye la concentración de fitatos, principal antinutriente del Zn.
