Interrogatorios del siglo XVIII. Estudio comparativo

Abstract

El interrogatorio como materia de información ha sido un instrumento utilizado en cualquier período histórico y, por supuesto, desde los primeros tiempos de la Edad Moderna en España. Constituye una auténtica estadística y una fuente informativa necesaria para la comprensión de la realidad histórica. Hay que destacar la importancia de estas relaciones y encuestas, en un espacio y tiempo determinado, como base de conocimiento y recopiladora de datos para la consecución de cualquier estudio, por sus aspectos geográficos o históricos. No debemos olvidar que a través de estos cuestionarios del siglo XVIII, interrogatorios que son el objeto principal de nuestro análisis, se comprueban los valores aplicativos al desarrollo de la historia nacional y, sobre todo, la importancia de las respuestas en un nivel descriptivo de historia regional y local. Con este propósito primordial tratamos de sistematizar unos cuestionarios que tienen toda su incidencia en Extremadura, responden a fines específicos y contienen unos valores informativos en sus preguntas que nos permitirán elaborar determinadas tipologías.
