Abstract

Conocer en profundidad el fenómeno del duelo, enfocándose en el duelo perinatal identificando los tipos de intervención existentes en la actualidad. Se presenta una sucinta revisión teórica de 101 artículos del concepto de duelo y todo el proceso para su adecuada elaboración, Se tienen en cuenta las etapas y los diferentes tipos de duelo y se hace especial énfasis en el duelo perinatal debido a que en la revisión de la literatura se encontró que es un duelo poco trabajado en Colombia. A brief theoretical review of 101 articles of the concept of mourning and the whole process for its adequate elaboration is presented. The stages and the different types of mourning are taken into account and special emphasis is placed on perinatal grief due to the fact that in the review of Literature was found to be a little worked duel in Colombia. Objectives: It is recognized as OG, to know in depth the phenomenon of mourning, focusing on perinatal grief by identifying the types of intervention existing today, meeting as O. E, collecting the most relevant information about grief and mourning perinatal, to compare the different types of intervention, to differentiate types of grief, to evaluate the Colombian news before the intervention processes related to grief and perinatal grief. Methodology: the methodology used for the research is of qualitative design of a descriptive type having as a method the documentary review, as a sample it has 101 scientific articles obtained from electronic databases; For the collection and organization of the scientific articles, a grid composed of the following categories was used: title, year of publication, journal, authors, country, type of study, sample, design, objectives, conclusion and results. given that it aims to explain the definition of mourning and perinatal grief, the causes, characteristics, phases and intervention techniques used. Results: of the 101 articles included, it is possible to identify that the predominant countries in perinatal bereavement research are Spain and the United States of America having the highest percentage, as well as the identification of the articles that contribute most information on the current state of Colombia in relation to its performance in the face of perinatal grief. Conclusions: it has been identified that the perinatal mortality rate has a high rate of growth; no possible intervention is identified with women who are experiencing a perinatal duel, which allows for the adequate development of the strategies coping with each person in the same way shows that perinatal grief has become a public health problem because it is one of the most frequent causes of death in childhood, especially in developing countries like Colombia.
