El reciclaje como alternativa de transición al postdesarrollo.

Abstract

Analizar el quehacer de la asociación de recicladores para identificar su alcance como una alternativa de transición al postdesarrollo: Caso Asociación de Recicladores y Promotores del Porvenir Ecológico-ARPE de la Localidad de Engativá-Bogotá. El presente informe es resultado de un estudio que surgió por el interés de identificar el reciclaje como una iniciativa de transición al postdesarrollo, luego de ver en unos primeros acercamientos al interior de una asociación de recicladores otras formas de relacionarse diferentes a las impuestas por el modelo convencional de desarrollo. Para ello se recurrió a una metodología de enfoque interpretativo para analizar el caso de la Asociación de Recicladores y Promotores del Porvenir Ecológico (ARPE), ubicada en Engativá-Bogotá, entre el 2017 y el primer semestre del 2018. La recolección de la información se hizo a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas y grupos focales, la cual fue analizada e interpretada en relación con los discursos presentes en el modelo hegemónico de desarrollo y los que se le contraponen desde el tránsito al postdesarrollo.
