El objetivo fue explorar las percepciones de las personas con respecto a las disparidades tanto en salud como en habitabilidad, a partir de las diferencias establecidas por las condiciones socioeconómicas que refuerzan la distancia social, en las cuales se reconoce el papel del Estado colombiano en relación con la injusticia social y el papel de la cultura cívica. The objective was to explore the perceptions of people regarding disparities in both health and habitability, from the differences established by the socioeconomic conditions that reinforce social distance, in which the role of the Colombian State is recognized regarding social injustice and the role of civic culture, within the framework of human rights and responsibilities. The research process was conducted implementing participatory survey, using qualitative research techniques in Social Sciences.It was developed in Suba (Bogotá),in the neighborhoods Casablanca, Lisboa, Cañiza 3 Villa Cindy, Tibabuyes and La Gaitana, recognized as belonging to socioeconomic stratum 2. From the findings on interviews with female head of household, observation and inquiries to leaders and experts, it was found that the perceived disparity in habitability and health is related to socioeconomic conditions, social injustice, state decisions, the illegality on the part of the people and lack of knowledge of civil rights.
