Abstract

El trabajo de grado pretende identificar la percepción de la cohesión grupal en la Categoría pre-Juvenil en el Club Deportivo Real Capital por medio del Instrumento Multidimensional de Cohesión en Deporte (IMCODE) el cual consta de 22 ítems, los cuales son evaluados en escala de valoración tipo Likert de 0 a 10, la cual nos lleva a evidenciar el nivel de cohesión que hay dentro del club.
