Abstract

Generar un nuevo modelo de mercadeo “Mercadeo Compartido”, que solucione debilidades de los servicios existentes en el mercado como deficiencia en la rotación, surtido, limpieza, control de inventarios, con un enfoque dirigido a la optimización de tiempos y recursos de los proveedores del sector Retail. En la actualidad las grandes cadenas de consumo se especializan en los procesos de gestión de abastecimiento (operación logística), siendo éste, un proceso incompleto y con muchas falencias en cuanto al surtido, limpieza, marcación y rotación. Los costes de dicho proceso deben ser asumidos por el abastecedor de las grandes superficies, teniendo en cuenta, que en el sector retail los proveedores son los directamente encargados de la colocación del personal de mercadeo.
