Abstract

Esta investigación hizo un acercamiento al campo de la educomunicaciòn en su componente epistemológico. Se realizó la convocatoria a diversos grupos interesados en la temática y el fortalecimiento del Observatorio Comunicación, educación y medios, partiendo de la experiencia realizada por el Observatorio de medios escolares de la Facultad de ciencias de la comunicación de la Universidad Minuto de Dios, con el ánimo de vincular nuevas experiencias en las temáticas abordadas por colectivos de las Instituciones educativas y las organizaciones sociales en comunicación y educación. De la experiencia se observó la necesidad de viabilizar el procesoinvestigativo por parte del semillero en investigación, se logró visibilizar las acciones concretas del observatorio en cada una de las actividades previstas por la Facultad para integrarlos al desarrollo de currículos académicos. Además, permitió el trabajo colaborativo entre cada uno de los participantes con el fin de aportar en la construcción de ciudadanias activas y críticas.
