Abstract

Identificar las estrategias de afrontamiento para los factores de riesgo psicosociales en mujeres docentes Los factores de riesgo psicosociales en los entornos donde se lleva a cabo el ejercicio laboral y profesional, se convierte cada vez en un aspecto de gran relevancia; es por esto que nuestro objetivo es identificar las estrategias de afrontamiento para los factores psicosociales en mujeres docentes. Bajo una metodología descriptiva con estudio observacional, con enfoque cualitativo basado en la recolección de datos y análisis de los mismos, utilizando como palabras claves: Psicosocial, estrés laboral, Salud Mental, docentes y mujeres, se consideran distintas problemáticas y se examina la forma como los docentes pueden afrontar los riesgos psicosociales. Gracias a esta investigación se evidencia que en la mayoría de las bases de datos consultadas los autores refieren que algunas estrategias para el afrontamiento de estos riesgos se dan mediante acciones de promoción y prevención, fomento de hábitos de vida saludable, autoeficacia y regulación emocional que conduzca a la persona a tener cambios adaptativos, logrando su bienestar
