Abstract

Identificar las principales causas de ausentismo laboral en sector Salud en Argentina, Chile, Colombia y México en los últimos 10 años. Introducción. La presente revisión bibliográfica se centró en la revisión del ausentismo laboral específicamente en trabajadores del sector salud de los países Argentina, Colombia, Chile y México Objetivo: Identificar las principales causas de ausentismo laboral en sector Salud en Argentina, Chile, Colombia y México en los últimos 10 años. Metodología. Revisión bibliográfica de base de datos y otras fuentes académicas. Resultados. Se identificó que los factores atribuibles al ausentismo laboral en el sector salud para Argentina, Chile, Colombia y México están relacionados los accidentes de trabajo relacionados con las condiciones laborales, la segunda causa asociada a las ausencias son patologías musculo esqueléticas y mentales, seguidas de afectaciones respiratorias, cardiovasculares y dérmicas. Introduction. This bibliographic review focused on the review of labor absenteeism specifically in health sector workers in the countries Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Mexico Objective: To identify the main causes of labor absenteeism in the Health sector in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Mexico in the last 10 years. Methodology. Bibliographic review of databases and other academic sources. Results. It was identified that the factors attributable to labor absenteeism in the health sector for Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Mexico are related to work accidents related to working conditions, the second cause associated with absences are musculoskeletal and mental pathologies, followed by injuries respiratory, cardiovascular and skin
