Evaluar el uso y manejo del residuo de las llantas los cuales afectan la salud pública y el medio ambiente en la comuna 3 de la ciudad de Villavicencio La investigación aborda la temática que hace referencia a el manejo del residuo de las llantas usadas en la salud pública y medio ambiente que afecta a los habitantes de la ciudad de Villavicencio, dentro del proceso metodológico vamos a describir la situación actual en cuanto a la salud pública que se presenta con los residuos de las llantas usadas, identificando los efectos producidos por las llantas usadas y el impacto que presenta en el medio ambiente. La presente investigación relaciona los efectos adversos que impactan al medio ambiente y la salud pública de la comuna 3 de la ciudad de Villavicencio, para conocer el impacto actual frente a las llantas usadas y su manejo. La metodología que demanda el estudio corresponde al enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación es descriptivo y el método es deductivo. Se establece el marco teórico, antecedentes como aportes al trabajo. Se enmarca en dos grandes categorías importantes que son salud pública, medio ambiente y manejo y uso de las llantas usadas. The research addresses the theme that refers to the management of the waste of the tires used in public health and the environment that affects the inhabitants of the city of Villavicencio, within the methodological process we will describe the current situation in terms of health public that is presented with the waste of the used tires, identifying the effects produced by the used tires and the impact on the environment. This research relates the adverse effects that impact the environment and public health of commune 3 of the city of Villavicencio, to know the current impact on used tires and their handling. The methodology demanded by the study corresponds to the mixed approach (qualitative - quantitative), the type of research is descriptive, and the method is deductive. The theoretical framework is established, background as contributions to the work. It is marked in two major important categories that are public health, environment and handling and use of used tires.
