Abstract

Desarrollar un estudio de factibilidad de inversión social en seguridad vial, que permita mitigar las fatalidades en siniestros de tránsito, en vehículos de dos ruedas, en la ciudad de Bogotá. Muchas de las causas de los siniestros viales son atribuibles al comportamiento humano, a través del presente estudio se pretende identificar cuál es el comportamiento humano que más prevalece como causa de los siniestros viales en usuarios de motos y bicicletas en Bogotá para las personas fallecidas y personas lesionadas por siniestros de tránsito en vehículos de dos (2) ruedas. Para esto se pretende adoptar la metodología del marco lógico y de la misma forma el problema de investigación, el cual se fundamenta en la seguridad vial y salvar vidas en la vía, a través de los actores más vulnerables que son los usuarios de motos y bicicletas a nivel Bogotá, para esto se requiere analizar las causas atribuibles al comportamiento humano que generan los siniestros viales en usuarios de motos y bicicletas, identificar los actores involucrados en el marco de los siniestros viales. De manera que el proyecto de inversión objeto de esta propuesta, apunta a contribuir salvar las vidas de los usuarios de vehículos de dos (2) ruedas (motos y bicicletas) Many of the causes of road accidents are attributable to human behavior, through this study it is intended to identify which is the most prevalent human behavior as a cause of road accidents in motorcycle and bicycle users in Bogotá for deceased persons and individuals. injured by traffic accidents involving two (2) wheels.
