Abstract

Empaques para el transporte de productos alimenticios de consumo inmediato en la ciudad de Bogotá, distintos al plástico e icopor, que conserven la inocuidad de alimentos y que a su vez sean biodegradables. El aumento de los empaques prácticamente desechables y de productos de corta vida, ha sido criticado, debido a su inconveniencia ambiental, pues con un ritmo de consumo intenso, se generan, mayores cantidades de basura, mayor gasto de energía y uso de recursos naturales en su producción industrial para satisfacer la demanda. Es que de las pocas opciones que nos presenta el mercado actual Bogotano para el transporte de alimentos y por tanto es el material más aceptado, es el que conocemos localmente como “Icopor”. Es importante mantener y conservar la inocuidad de los alimentos, de esta manera se logra preservar los productos del medo ambiente, mantener y conservar la característica del producto, tener un buen envío y proteger la propiedad del producto son puntos que se tienen en cuenta al momento de escoger el empaque. Cada vez son más las propuestas como la expuesta anteriormente y es que la tendencia de los consumidores se está direccionando hacia una mayor conciencia ambiental y de su salud, y como respuesta las empresas también están modificando sus procesos. The increase of the packing practically disposable and the short-lived products, has been criticized because of the environmental inconvenience, with an intense use rate, grate amounts of garbage are generated, great energy consumption and the use of natural resources in their industrial production to satisfy demand. So is that a few options given by the current Bogota market to transport food and is one of the most accepted material is the one known locally as "Icopor" It is important to maintain and preserve the innocuousness of food, in this way it is possible to preserve environment’s products, maintain and preserve the characteristics of products, have a good delivery and protect the product´s property, this are points that are taken into account at the moment to choose the packaging. More and more there are proposals such the one set above are the trend of consumers is moving towards more environmental and health awareness, for all these reasons many companies are modifying their processes.
