Abstract

Resignificar las prácticas pedagógicas en relación a los procesos de inclusión que se dan en el aula. El objetivo de la investigación es resignificar las prácticas pedagógicas en relación a los procesos de inclusión que se dan en el aula de 4 personas que se reconocen y desarrollan actividades como maestros en instituciones educativas de carácter público en la ciudad de Bogotá. Por su experiencia y trayectoria profesional y personal, y para fines de la presente investigación, los participantes serán reconocidos expertos en el tema de inclusión educativa. Esta investigación de tipo cualitativo se orienta por los presupuestos del enfoque de la praxeología (Juliao2011) tomando como referencia sus cuatro fases o momentos (ver, juzgar, actuar y devolución creativa). En su reflexión conceptual, se centra en el concepto de inclusión educativa. Toma los referentes metodológicos de la investigación – creación. Se recogieron narrativas de los participantes mediante los relatos de vida y en cuanto al instrumento, se desarrollaron entrevistas a profundidad. Como conclusión general se evidenció el compromiso y vocación que acompaña a este grupo de maestros y las tensiones personales y profesionales con respecto a las tensiones que identifican entre las directrices de la política pública en materia de inclusión educativa para el caso colombiano y sus procesos de implementación. Asimismo, se reconocieron interesantes estrategias que contribuyen a tramitar algunas de estas situaciones tensas a fin de garantizar el derecho a la educación de los más vulnerables. . This research aims to resignify the pedagogical practices concerning inclusive processes that arise in four people’s classroom who consider themselves and develop activities as teachers in public educational institutions at Bogotá. Given their personal and professional trajectories, and for the purposes of this research, the participants would be recognized as inclusive education acknowledged experts. The qualitative methodology of this research is guided by the 2011 Juliao’s Praxeology approach and its four phases – watch, play, act, and creative return-. Conceptually, it focuses on the inclusive education notion with especial emphasis on the research-creation referents. Through storytelling, the participant’s life narratives were collected using in-depth interview tools. Overall, besides putting in evidence the comitente and vocation of this group of teachers, the research highlights the professional and personal tensions between the Inclusive Education public policy guidelines and the implementation process in the Colombian case. Also, were identify interesting strategies for solving these clashes seeking to ensure the right to education among the most vulnerable of our population
