Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo fundamental, identificar la influencia directa que tiene la cultura empresarial en la aplicación de las normas y procedimientos que buscan mejorar las condiciones de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en las empresas Colombianas, destacando a su vez la importancia y perspectiva que tiene el papel de la gerencia sobre éste particular.
