Abstract

Las organizaciones empresariales de hoy enfrentan retos endógenos y exógenos sumamente divergentes a los esbozados hace tan solo 10 años en el contexto empresarial. Hemos pasado de la preocupación por la calidad, las eficiencias operativas y la optimización de recursos, a contextos transformacionales como la globalización de mercados, la introducción de nuevos competidores en todos los escenarios y las expectativas crecientes de los consumidores.
