Abstract

El presente ensayo tiene como objetivo favorecer la comprensión de la Programación Neurolingüística (PNL) como una metodología útil dentro del proceso comunicativo, base para enfrentar los retos en las situaciones donde se deben tomar de decisiones, resolver conflictos, motivar a los colaboradores, desarrollar la cultura empresarial o implementar cambios.
