Importancia de la responsabilidad social en el sector salud

Abstract

Con el propósito de realizar un análisis reflexivo del grado de cumplimiento (si es que existe) de las políticas de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) en el Sector Salud, se tienen en cuenta los siguientes aspectos: corrupción, atención deficiente en los servicios de salud, inviabilidad financiera, responsabilidad solidaria con los servicios tercerizados y sanciones impuestas por los organismos de control. Así mismo se hace una contextualización de los lineamientos de RSE, sus dimensiones y como contribuye al desarrollo sostenible de las empresas del sector salud. Teniendo en cuenta la crisis que enfrenta actualmente el sector salud se puede pensar que existe una doble moral, donde prima más el beneficio propio que el de la comunidad.

With the purpose of making a thoughtful analysis of the degree of compliance ( if any ) of the Policy of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR ) in the health sector takes into account the following : aspects : Corruption , poor care in health , financial infeasibility , several liability with outsourced services and sanctions imposed by regulatory agencies. Also a contextualization of CSR guidelines , its dimensions and how it contributes to the Sustainable Development of Enterprises in the health sector ago . Given the crisis that currently faces the health sector can think that there is a double standard , where premium plus own benefit that community.
