Abstract

Con la humanización de la justicia y el desarrollo del Sistema Penal Acusatorio en el mundo, se ha buscado cada vez más apoyo en la ciencia, la tecnología, la física, las artes, las profesiones, expertos en ciencias médicas, sicólogos, médicos especialistas, contadores, arquitectos, ingenieros en diferentes áreas, etc., las ciencias auxiliares, como la balística, los laboratoristas, la mecánica, los peritos avaladores, los dactiloscopias, los grafólogos, entre otras, diferentes formas de conocimiento, para lograr mayores niveles de certeza en las decisiones de los operadores judiciales. Se pretende resaltar la labor tan importante que hay en cada perito sin tener en cuenta su especialidad, cómo este grupo de expertos en la aplicación de sus conocimientos pueden llevar a la aclaración de conductas punitivas y por ende determinar el grado de participación de sus actores, y sus consecuencias dañinas de la mano de los protocolos establecidos para este fin With the humanization of justice and development accusatory penal system in the world, has increasingly sought support in science, technology, physics, arts, professions, experts in medical sciences, psychologists, medical specialists, accountants , architects, engineers in different areas, etc., auxiliary sciences like ballistics laboratory workers, mechanics, expert endorsers, the dactiloscopias, the handwriting, well, different forms of knowledge , to achieve higher levels certainty in the decisions of judicial officers. It aims to highlight the important work that is in each expert regardless of their specialty, how this group of experts in the application of knowledge can lead to clarification of punitive behavior and thus determine the degree of participation of the actors, and its harmful consequences in the hands of the established protocols for this purpose.
