El comportamiento humano en la organización

Abstract

This document looks for make a reflection and identifies the human behaviors inside of the organization in a changeable circle. The strong and definitive opposition to the human’s relationships theory brought to the behaviorism psychological behavior study: knowledge, stimulus and response, habits, etc. from an objective and scientist methodology. According to the biggest exponent Herbert Alexander Simon the beginnings of the behavior´s in the administration theory are: - The strong and definitive opposition of the human’s relationships theory to the classic theory rerouted slowly to the second phase: the behavior theory, - The behavior theory is a development of the human’s relationships theory, because that show eminently critic and strict. For this explained an incentive theory according to the human´s necessities as hierarchies and prepares in proportion to importance and influence levels, Additionally compared two antagonistic styles for manage: first one, a style based on traditional theory, excessively mechanistic and pragmatic (X theory) and the second one, a style based on the modern conceptions facing to the human behavior (Y theory). Finally, for a greatest interpretation about the human behavior in the organization is essential to read the Frederick Herzberg´s concept, called two factors theory, for explain in a better way the people behavior in job situations. He sets out the existence of factors that guide the people behavior.
