Diseño de un modelo dinámico de sistemas aplicado a la cadena de valor para el manejo de desechos orgánicos lombricultura

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como fin el estudio de la cadena de valor del proceso de compostaje. Por tal razón se desarrollo el diseño de un modelo dinámico de sistema que permita establecer las variables incidentes dentro de la producción, maquinaria a usar, cantidad de trabajadores, ventas, inventarios y utilidad. Inicialmente se encuentra un diagrama causal el cual muestra las variables más influyentes dentro del sistema de compostaje, mostrando las relaciones entre ellas. A continuación se encuentra una descripción de las variables mostrando la importancia dentro del modelo y algunas restricciones dentro del sistema. Por último se encuentra el modelo dinámico del sistema en Stella (software) con los resultados y su respectiva conclusión
