Abstract

El medio actual en el que nos encontramos, en donde cada vez parece más marcada la necesidad de implementar mecanismos que permitan una consonancia entre el control, el autocontrol y la gestión transparente, motiva la realización de este ensayo para el análisis frente a cómo hacer posible la gestión transparente al interior de las organizaciones, implementando la lucha contra la corrupción, fomentando una cultura del autocontrol y desarrollando un sistema de control eficiente. Es por ello que a continuación se presenta el marco general de control interno con la implementación del Modelo Estándar de Control Interno (MECI) y su principio de autocontrol, e igualmente se desarrolla una revisión del contexto del Programa Presidencial de Modernización, Eficiencia, Transparencia y Lucha contra la Corrupción y la situación actual de corrupción en Colombia. The current environment in which we, where increasingly seems more pronounced need to implement mechanisms that allow a line between the control, self-control and transparent management, motivates the realization of this essay for analysis front to how to make possible the transparent organizations within management, implementing the anti-corruptionfostering a culture of self-control and develop an efficient control system. That is why below presents the framework overall internal control with the implementation of the standard model of control internal (MECI) and his principle of self-control, and also develops a review of the context of the presidential program of modernization, efficiency, transparency and fight corruption and the current situation of corruption in Colombia.
