Abstract

En el presente trabajo se lleva a cabo un análisis del Sistema de Recolección Selectiva y Gestión Ambiental de Llantas Usadas el cual es desarrollado por la Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia (ANDI) por medio del programa denominado Programa Posconsumo de Llantas Usadas Rueda Verde, teniendo en cuenta la normatividad vigente relacionada con el manejo de llantas usadas y la situación que se presenta actualmente con las mismas en el Distrito Capital por la disposición inadecuada en espacio público, humedales, canales, ríos y quebradas; así mismo, como parte del análisis, se establecen fortalezas y debilidades del sistema en mención, lo que permite generar finalmente unas conclusiones. In the present work, an analysis of the System of Selective Compilation and Environmental Management of second hand Tires is carried out, and is developed by the Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia (ANDI) throughout the program: Programa Posconsumo de Llantas Usadas Rueda Verde, and taking into account the current regulatory framework, related to the managing of second hand tires and the situation presented nowadays with them in Bogota by the inadequate disposition of these that are taken to public places, wetlands, waterways, rivers and brooks; likewise, as part of the analysis, strengths and weaknesses of the system in mention are established, to finally allowing for the generation of some conclusions about it.
