Abstract

La presente investigación analiza los diferentes aspectos que infieren en la cultura organizacional y pueden facilitar o dificultar la gestión de conocimiento dentro del sector financiero. Presentar una propuesta para fortalecer la cultura organizacional y lograr que esta sea un movilizador de la gestión de conocimiento dentro de una empresa del sector financiero con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia operativa. Este ensayo adopta un enfoque cualitativo y documental, con énfasis en análisis descriptivo y crítico de literatura existente. En dichos documentos se exploró de forma detallada las principales variables que impactan en la relación entre la cultura organizacional y la gestión de conocimiento en el sector financiero. Los principales descubrimientos indican que existen elementos muy marcados como el liderazgo, la comunicación asertiva y el apoyo organizacional que impactan de forma notable la eficiencia de la gestión de conocimiento en las entidades del sector financiero. Los hallazgos resaltan la importancia de una cultura organizacional alineada con los objetivos de conocimiento, mostrando como las instrucciones financieras pueden potenciar sus estrategias de gestión de conocimiento a través del fortalecimiento de valores, practicas organizacionales. Este estudio ofrece una base sólida para futuras investigaciones y una alternativa para implementar una propuesta para potencializar la gestión de conocimiento en empresas del sector financiero.

This research analyzes the different aspects that influence organizational culture and can facilitate or hinder knowledge management within the financial sector. Present a proposal to strengthen the organizational culture and make it a mobilizer of knowledge management within a company in the financial sector in order to improve operational efficiency. This essay adopts a qualitative and documentary approach, with emphasis on descriptive and critical analysis of existing literature. In these documents, the main variables that impact the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management in the financial sector were explored in detail. The main discoveries indicate that there are very marked elements such as leadership, assertive communication and organizational support that significantly impact the efficiency of knowledge management in entities in the financial sector. The findings highlight the importance of an organizational culture aligned with knowledge objectives, showing how financial instructions can enhance your knowledge management strategies through strengthening values and organizational practices. This study offers a solid basis for future research and an alternative to implement a proposal to enhance knowledge management in companies in the financial sector.
