En la búsqueda constante de enfoques innovadores para la educación, la siguiente investigación y desarrollo de producto destacan las ventajas de incorporar un videojuego educativo como herramienta complementaria de enseñanza en contenidos relativos a las culturas precolombinas, concretamente, los Muiscas. En este artículo se despliega el análisis de diversos métodos pedagógicos y el contenido temático relacionado con la cultura Muisca, culminando en la creación de un producto educativo cuyo propósito es fomentar la apreciación cultural con respecto a la historia precolombina en el altiplano cundiboyacense. Este enfoque sigue los principios y las características innatas al proceso educativo en los videojuegos.

In the ongoing pursuit of innovative educational methodologies, this research and product development emphasizes the benefits of integrating an educational video game as a supplementary instructional tool for content pertaining to pre-Columbian cultures, particularly the Muisca. The study evaluates diverse pedagogical approaches and thematic content associated with Muisca culture, resulting in the development of an educational product aimed at fostering cultural appreciation of pre-Columbian history in the Cundiboyacense highlands. This approach aligns with the inherent principles and characteristics of the educational processes within video games.
