Abstract

El interés del autor se centra en la diplomacia china, abordada en este ensayo desde una perspectiva personal y respaldada por análisis de expertos en el tema. Se describen los principios básicos de la política exterior china, como la no injerencia en asuntos internos de otros países y la diplomacia económica. Además, se analizan los cinco elementos clave de la diplomacia contemporánea china: no interferencia, diplomacia económica, diplomacia multilateral, diplomacia de vecindad y diplomacia cultural, junto con el papel de las misiones diplomáticas chinas en el extranjero. El ensayo también explora la semiótica de la diplomacia china, destacando cómo se utilizan estratégicamente el lenguaje verbal y no verbal en las comunicaciones diplomáticas. Se resalta la importancia de comprender las sutilezas culturales y lingüísticas en las negociaciones con China, así como el uso de gestos y expresiones faciales para transmitir mensajes implícitos. Finalmente, se examina el poder blando de China como un recurso esencial en su diplomacia, enfocándose en la promoción cultural, diplomacia pública, cooperación económica e intercambio educativo como medios efectivos para influir en las relaciones internacionales. Se destaca la implementación de estas estrategias por parte de China para consolidar su presencia y relevancia en el contexto global. The author's interest lies in Chinese diplomacy, approached in this essay from a personal perspective and supported by expert analysis on the subject. The basic principles of Chinese foreign policy are described, such as non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries and economic diplomacy. Additionally, the essay analyzes the five key elements of contemporary Chinese diplomacy: non-interference, economic diplomacy, multilateral diplomacy, neighborhood diplomacy, and cultural diplomacy, along with the role of Chinese diplomatic missions abroad. The essay also delves into the semiotics of Chinese diplomacy, highlighting how verbal and non-verbal language are strategically used in diplomatic communications. The importance of understanding cultural and linguistic subtleties in negotiations with China is emphasized, as well as the use of gestures and facial expressions to convey implicit messages. Finally, China's soft power is examined as an essential resource in its diplomacy, focusing on cultural promotion, public diplomacy, economic cooperation, and educational exchange as effective means to influence international relations. The implementation of these strategies by China to consolidate its presence and relevance in the global context is highlighted. Pregrado L'intérêt de l'auteur se concentre sur la diplomatie chinoise, abordée dans cet essai d'un point de vue personnel et étayée par des analyses d'experts sur le sujet. Les principes de base de la politique étrangère chinoise sont décrits, tels que la non-ingérence dans les affaires internes d'autres pays et la diplomatie économique. De plus, l'essai analyse les cinq éléments clés de la diplomatie chinoise contemporaine : la non-ingérence, la diplomatie économique, la diplomatie multilatérale, la diplomatie de voisinage et la diplomatie culturelle, ainsi que le rôle des missions diplomatiques chinoises à l'étranger. L'essai explore également la sémiotique de la diplomatie chinoise, soulignant comment le langage verbal et non verbal est utilisé de manière stratégique dans les communications diplomatiques. L'importance de comprendre les subtilités culturelles et linguistiques dans les négociations avec la Chine est mise en avant, ainsi que l'utilisation de gestes et d'expressions faciales pour transmettre des messages implicites. Enfin, le soft power de la Chine est examiné comme une ressource essentielle dans sa diplomatie, en mettant l'accent sur la promotion culturelle, la diplomatie publique, la coopération économique et les échanges éducatifs comme moyens efficaces d'influencer les relations internationales. La mise en œuvre de ces stratégies par la Chine pour consolider sa présence et sa pertinence dans le contexte mondial est soulignée.
