Abstract

After the COVID-19 pandemic, the dynamics of remote work were the definitive alternative to maintain the productivity of organizations, with conditions that restricted the levels of interaction and contact between people, in order to guarantee the reduction of the risk of contagion. This scenario offers a relief of occupation to the mass transportation systems of the main Colombian cities. However, with the return to the interaction conditions prior to the public health contingency caused by the Sars-CoV-2 virus, companies returned to traditional practices, leaving aside the lessons of work assisted by technology and communication tools, which in turn implies the collapse of the capacity of integrated transportation systems.
