From conception and in daily life, one is exposed to electromagnetic fields (CEM) by Non-Ionizing Radiation (RNI), coming from antennas and different household appliances, there are cases where under the precautionary principle, cell phone companies have been forced to remove their antennas located near the homes for allegedly causing health effects on people with electromagnetic hypersensitivity to EMF that manifests itself with symptoms such as recurrent headaches, chronic fatigue, nervousness, tachycardia, dizziness, insomnia, decreased concentration, hyperactivity and nervous system disorders. This article will review the regulatory framework with the most relevant facts regarding NIR, as results of some scientific research, of which the entities in charge have relied to establish the exposure limits, likewise, the issue will be addressed from an analytical perspective that leads people to be more aware, since little is said about this issue or is not has lent the importance it should have. Although at the moment there is no endorsed scientific evidence, uncertainty is latent, a regulatory framework based on more in-depth studies is imperative, increasing the study and exposure time, since people have created a greater dependence on being permanently connected to the cell phone. Little is said about this subject or it has not been given the importance it should have. Especialización
